The pre-wash treatment makes this corduroy feel incredibly soft right out of the package, and the lack of stretch actually helps it hold its shape perfectly for the jacket I'm sewing.

The 8-wale texture is exactly what I was hoping for—not too bulky but gives that perfect cozy feel. Pre-washed means it came out of the package soft and ready to sew, no shrinkage issues after the first wash.

I was a bit worried about the "no stretch" description, but the pre-washed feel makes it surprisingly comfortable to wear. The 8-wale texture gives it a nice, substantial weight without being stiff. Really happy with the cozy vibe for my latest project.
